REFUND POLICY.

At Gus Trent Rodeo Association, we aim to ensure a positive experience for all participants. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.
1. Event Cancellations

If an event is canceled by us due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and full refunds will be provided.
2. Participant Cancellations

For cancellations made by participants, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion.

No refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of the event.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Merchandise purchases are final and not eligible for refunds unless the item is defective.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
