REFUND POLICY.

Effective Date: 11/01/2024

At Gus Trent Rodeo Association, we aim to ensure a positive experience for all participants. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.

1. Event Cancellations

  • If an event is canceled by us due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and full refunds will be provided.

2. Participant Cancellations

  • For cancellations made by participants, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion.

    • No refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of the event.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Merchandise purchases are final and not eligible for refunds unless the item is defective.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
